Remaining true to their avant-garde identity, TAG Heuer have taken their highly reliable Calibre Heuer 02 movement and incorporated it with a new flying tourbillon cage to improve an already invincible accuracy and gain chronometer certification.
This TAG Heuer Carrera watch exposes its engine, the Calibre Heuer 02 Tourbillon self-winding movement, through the dial where you can see the highly intricate mechanism consisting of 168 components and 33 jewels.
The calibre also equips the timepiece with hour, minutes and central chronograph seconds, 12 hour chronograph counter at 9 o clock, 30 minute counter at 3 o clock and seconds counter at 6 o clock.
Housing the impressive movement is a 45mm black PVD coated titanium case equipped with a fixed carbon tachymeter bezel, sapphire crystal glass, an exhibition case back and a sporty black rubber strap.
